Access Bars

Access Bars is a non-invasive technique, developed by Gary Douglas in the early 1990s, that involves gently touching 32 specific points on the head. These points are associated with different areas of life, such as money, creativity, relationships, and well-being. The goal is to release the electromagnetic energy that is stored in your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs, allowing you to experience a profound sense of relaxation and clarity.

The process of an Access Bars session is simple, gentle, and relaxing. You will lie fully clothed on a massage table while a trained practitioner gently touches the 32 points on your head. These points are linked to different areas of life, and the touch activates the release of blocked energy, leaving you feeling calm, clear, and rejuvenated.

Each session typically lasts about 60-90 minutes. While many people feel a sense of deep relaxation during the session, the long-term benefits can be transformative, helping you create more ease and flow in your life.

Below, some benefits of Access Bars, particularly appreciated by women with neurodiversity:

Stress Reduction: Access Bars can help calm the nervous system, promoting relaxation and reducing the effects of stress.

Improved Sleep: Many people report better sleep quality and relief from insomnia after an Access Bars session, leading to more restorative rest.

Mental Clarity: Access Bars clears mental clutter, helping individuals improve focus, decision-making, and cognitive clarity.

Emotional Balance: By releasing emotional blockages, Access Bars can help people experience greater emotional stability and resilience.

I am also a facilitator of Access Bars and regularly train people who want to become practitioner, more info here.
